Earliest check-in time is 3pm and our reception remains open until 9pm. Should you need to check-in after 9pm, please kindly let us know and we will find a way to accommodate your request.

Our check-out time is 11am. Should you wish to check-out
before 8am (sometimes there are ferries to be caught!), please tell us on
arrival and we will certainly accommodate your schedule.

We have a private car park that our guests can use at no cost. There is space for one car per room. We cannot allow oversized vehicles or camper vans.

We have two 22kW charging points for electric vehicles. They have a Type 2 universal charging connector. Please contact us prior to arrival to reserve one of our overnight electric vehicle chargers.

There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

There are multiple USB ports in each room for convenient charging of your devices.

We accommodate children from the age of 12 upwards. Please note that our rooms are for single or double occupancy with no possibility for an extra or sofa bed.

We have one dog-friendly bedroom. With a charge of £15, one well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement and if our dog friendly bedroom is available. Dogs are not allowed in indoor public areas which include our dining room bar and drawing room.

We have a strict non-smoking policy. We reserve the right to charge a guest £400.00 if they are found smoking or vaping in a room or in the common areas of the house.

We serve breakfast from 8am to 9:30am. If you need to depart early, please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements so that you do not leave on an empty stomach! Dinner is served Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm to 8:30pm.

Our restaurant is open for resident and non-resident guest. Due to the limited capacity of our restaurant, reservations are required with 24 hours notice. 

We do not allow hot food in the rooms and no outside food shall be consumed in public areas of the hotel due to hygiene and health safety obligations.

In principle, we make no service charge, leaving this to the discretion of each guest. However, for groups of six diners or more, a discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to the bill.

As a rule, confirmed reservations require a credit card guarantee for the first night’s charges. You can cancel your bookings up to 48 hours prior to your arrival at no charge. If you fail to cancel or do not show up, we must charge you one night’s accommodation. Rules for special deals or packages may differ. For details, please consult the booking page or your booking confirmation, which prevails. 

For any third-party reservations, you must make amendments or cancellations directly through them.

There are a number of fitness facilities in town that we can direct you to. Alternatively, our front desk can point out some nice running routes from the doorstep of the Manor House.
